RE-NU UPDATE: Closed Until Further Notice (Relocation)

Due to unforseen circumstances, including illness of staff members coupled with issues relating to our Lumenis LightSheer laser, RE-NU Medical Aesthetics closed temporarily on 5th November 2012 and had planned to reopen on Tuesday 13th.

RE-NU is now relocating to a new premises and will remain closed until further notice.  

This is not a permanent closure. Those with enquiries should email info@renuclinic.com – we aim to respond to all emails as soon as possible. All appointments will be rebooked once we have completed the relocation process within the coming weeks.

ANNOUNCEMENT: RE-NU Temporary Closure 5th – 12th November; reopening Tuesday 13th November at 10.00am

Due to unforseen circumstances, including illness of staff members coupled with issues relating to our Lumenis LightSheer laser, RE-NU Medical Aesthetics will be temporarily closed from 5th-12th November.

All appointments falling within the period of 5th-12th November are now cancelled, including those that were recently rescheduled for Monday 5th onwards. 

RE-NU will reopen on Tuesday 13th November at 10.00am. 

We will be in touch with each individual client with regard to rescheduling their appointments from this date onwards. Priority will be given to those who were rescheduled or cancelled from the week beginning Monday 22nd October. Please see below for more information.

Please check your inbox for forthcoming emails from your voucher provider, with regard to cancellations, reschedulings, and complimentary treatments offered alongside your next appointment.

Laser Hair Removal clients

Client treatment schedules which have been significantly affected by appointment cancellations or rescheduling will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. You will receive an email from our head office shortly.

Skin Treatment clients/other

Clients who have been significantly affected by appointment cancellations or rescheduling will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Those who have been in contact with the Managing Directors will receive an email shortly.
